		<description>Absolutely, but the national media won&#039;t notice because he hasn&#039;t been hyped all year and the Hawks have 3 losses.  It&#039;s for the nation&#039;s most outstanding football player but you have to be on one of the top teams to get serious consideration.  It&#039;s too bad, but maybe if he can keep up the pace (and he just seems to be getting better) and can put 100 plus on Penn State he might get some votes.  Next year he would be a front runner but the rumors seem to be that he will go to the NFL.  I was fortunate enough to make it back to the Wisconsin game Saturday and have to say that he is even more impressive in person.</description>
